• Pass a North Carolina Division of Child Development background check
• Complete extensive training in Wallburg Academy standards and specialized curriculum
• Train in depth on child care and child development milestones
• Attend ongoing yearly professional development training

Continually enhance their skills and knowledge on topics such as handling challenging behaviors, building confidence and developing social skills
